Future Projects: FY2014 - 2015

City of Lake Worth

 

Habitat for Humanity PBC will be building 5 new energy efficient homes in the City of Lake Worth. The homes will be built on lots acquired through NSP2*** and will join the other 36 homes that were also built under the NSP2 program.

 

All of the homes will come equipped with: tank-less gas water heater, brand new energy star gas appliances, high efficiency central AC & heat, thermal double glazed windows, storm shutters, and drought tolerant landscape.  

New 3 bedroom/ 2 bath & 4 bedroom. 2 bath homes will be built at the following locations:

***The Lake Worth CRA Consortium applied for and received a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Redevelopment (HUD) in January of 2012. This funding is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and is better known as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Funding was used to purchase, rehabilitate and demolish foreclosed homes within the City of Lake Worth.
 
 
 
 

Jupiter
 
 

Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County is planning to build three new energy efficient homes on infill lots located in Jupiter. All of the homes will come equipped with: brand new energy star appliances, high efficiency central AC & heat, thermal double glazed windows, storm shutters, and drought tolerant landscape.  

The new 3 bedroom homes will be built at the following locations:

West Palm Beach
 
 

Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County is planning to build four new energy efficient homes. All of the homes will come equipped with: brand new energy star appliances, high efficiency central AC & heat, thermal double glazed windows, storm shutters, and drought tolerant landscape.  

 

 

The new 3 bedroom/ 2 bath and 4 bedroom/ 2 bath homes will be built at the following locations:
