Wilton White, President ![]() Wilton L. White graduated with high distinction from the University of Virginia in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1988. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988, Mr. White practices in the areas of real estate and general business law. He lectures on real estate related topics and his community activities include serving as a board member for SunFest of Palm Beach County, the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, and Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County
Michael J. Sabatello, IV, Immediate
Past President Michael Sabatello, a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig in West Palm Beach, works with clients to protect and grow their real estate portfolios by representing them in commercial, residential and corporate real estate matters. He also specializes in representing homebuilders in Florida and in advising developers on the operation and turnover of community associations. For the past year, Michael has been Board President of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, Inc.
Christopher
An Christopher Andrews is currently the Vice President, Private Wealth Advisor for Merrill Lynch and has over 16 years of investment and financial management experience. Previous to joining Merrill Lynch in 1999 he was a Vice President with J.P. Morgan Private Bank for 3 years, working in Palm Beach and New York. Prior to that he worked for Goldman Sachs in their Equity Derivatives Group in London and New York for nearly 3 years. Prior to that Chris worked as a Financial Manager for Parker Drilling Company International for over 2 years, assigned to several overseas offices in South America and Africa.
Christopher Heggen, Vice President of Retail Store Operations
Carl V. R Carl Romano is an Partner in the West Palm Beach office of Broad and Cassel. He is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Romano has experience with commercial real estate loan transactions, including construction and conduit loans. He has also assisted clients with commercial leases, as well as the acquisition and development of properties. Mr. Romano has represented institutional lenders in connection with new money loans, acquisition and development financing, and conduit transactions. He has represented shopping centers and mall developers in connection with the leasing of shopping center and mall properties. Mr. Romano was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
Jennifer L. Tighe, Vice President of Property Acquisition & Management
Jennifer Tighe is a ASLA, Principal-in-charge at Land Design South in West Palm Beach. She is responsible for site planning, master planning, and preparation and coordination of government submittals. She coordinates the approval process for developments of regional impact, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Concurrency, Rezoning, Conditional Uses, and final site plan approvals. As Director of Land Planning Jennifer directs staff in the design and development of all master plans, site plans and submittals to various municipalities in Florida. In addition to working for the largest builders and developers in south Florida, Jennifer also has worked with The Florida Department of Transportation as an eminent domain consultant.

Nigel Fullick,
Originally from London, England, Nigel grew up in Michigan but has called South Florida his home since 1975. His experience, leadership, and dedication have earned him numerous awards in the mortgage banking industry. Nigel Fullick is a proud U.S. Army veteran (1972-75) and an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University (1979). An avid snow skier growing up, he raced World Cup for four years. Nigel was an original member of the U.S. Speed Skiing Team (1986-88) and of the U.S. Ski Association Olympic Committee for Speed Skiing. After retiring from ski racing, Nigel spent seven years as President, and then COO, for two national ski companies. Active in the community, Nigel serves on the Board of several nonprofit organizations.
Thomas Walker,
Treasurer Thomas Barclay Walker is a Partner of Tatum, LLC, admitted as an equity partner in 1998. The Partnership is a unique national organization which provides executive level Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services to companies undergoing rapid and significant change, executive services which they generally could otherwise not have access to or afford. He has over 30 years of senior executive management experience in the financial services industry with large, multinational corporations, public and private, as well as entrepreneurial enterprises. He has managed start-up companies, turnaround situations, as well as large corporations with multiple locations, domestically and internationally. He is an NASD Licensed General Securities Principal. He has served as Adjunct Professor of Economics at various Colleges and Universities.
Timothy Burke
Tim
Burke is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the
Commercial Bank for National City Corporation in South Florida.
Tim joined National City in 1998 and
spent time in the Bank's Corporate Banking Training Program as a
Credit Analyst, as a Portfolio Manager within National City's Asset
Based Lending Group, and time as a Relationship Manager within the
Commercial Bank prior to being named to his current position in May
2007.
Tim received his bachelor's degree in
Economics from John Carroll University and a Master's in Business
Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
Tim is active in the community,
including serving on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of the
Palm Beaches, and resides with his wife (Rita) and children (Timmy,
Jack) in Palm Beach Gardens.
Brian Cich
Brian C. Cich is the Senior Vice President for Development at Rendina Companies. Mr. Cich oversees land development activities for projects in Rendina Companies' Eastern Region. Mr. Cich has significant experience with all phases of project development, including planning, land acquisition, zoning and development approvals. Prior to joining Rendina Companies, Mr. Cich was a partner with a law firm in Canton, Ohio where his practice included real estate law, commercial loan and financing transactions, condominium law, land use, zoning, commercial leasing, and development transactions. He holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Robert Cutler Robert "Bob" Cutler was in the office equipment business in Philadelphia. After working for Savin Corporation, he founded Office Consultants, Inc. which sold, serviced, and supplied copiers, fax machines, and computers. Bob retired in 2001 and moved to Florida. He was a volunteer at the Habitat Affiliate for nearly 3 years before joining the Board of Directors. He is the Chairman of our Family Selection & Support Committee. Bob enjoys working with the Habitat Partner Families towards their goal of home ownership. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and hanging out with the grandkids.
Robert Frein
As Senior Vice President and Asset Manager for Kitson Communities, Bob participates in the due diligence and planning process of all of the company’s residential real estate projects; and then is ultimately responsible for successfully marketing these properties to both builders and consumers. For the past twenty-six years Bob has managed four major residential planned communities in northern Palm Beach County (PGA National, Old Marsh Golf Club, BallenIsles, and Ibis Golf & Country Clyb), and has earned the respect of many of the nations largest builders and developers. Bob graduated with a BA from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and a Masters degree in Educational Communications from Syracuse University. Bob has two adult sons and lives with his wife Karen on a small ranch in northern Palm Beach County.
Brad Jankowski
Brad Jankowski is an Associate and Fiduciary Officer with the JPMorgan Private Bank in Palm Beach, Florida. He joined JPMorgan in Palm Beach in January 2007. Currently, Brad works directly with Private Bank clients throughout the Florida region regarding estate and trust administration matters.Brad graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in January 2006 where he earned his J.D., and is a member of the Bar of the State of Florida. He also graduated from Tulane University in May 2000 where he majored in Accounting and Information Systems. Brad is an avid tennis player and enjoys participating in community service endeavors.
JenniLynn Lawrence
JenniLynn Lawrence is a commercial litigator who has practiced in Florida since 1998. She has broad experience litigating commercial cases primarily focusing on real estate and contract disputes, employment matters and water rights. Prior to private practice, JenniLynn served as a senior staff attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Elizabeth Marshall-Beasley Elizabeth Marshall-Beasley is a registered landscape architect with an undergraduate degree in Urban Politics, Policy and Planning from Princeton University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Florida International University, where she earned membership to the Honor Societies of Sigma Lambda Alpha and Phi Kappa Phi. Libby was recently re-appointed by Florida’s Governor to an additional four year term on the State’s Board of Landscape Architecture, which regulates the profession. She is a distinguished lecturer in practice with the Graduate School of Architecture at Florida International University, and serves as a professional representative to the United States Veteran’s Administration Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Design Task Force.

James Bramuchi, Founder, Emeritus Board Member
Howarth Lewis, Emeritus Board Member ![]() The Reverend Canon Howarth "Hap" Lewis is the Deacon in Charge at St. George’s Episcopal Church, & the CEO of St. George Community Center Inc. in Riviera Beach, Florida. Hap is also the Principal at the architecture firm of Lewis & Associates. His Architect record of over twelve hundred projects, totaling almost two billion dollars of value, ranges from single family residences, commercial projects, health care, institutional and correctional projects. Notable projects include: Columbia JFK Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital, and Good Samaritan Hospital. Hap has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County for 17 years.
Kenneth A. Weda, Emeritus Board Member
been seasonally employed as an office manager in tax offices and is now a tax preparer during tax season each year.
