Habitat for Humanity Palm Beach County, Inc. has a highly engaged Board of Directors with diverse backgrounds and expertise. The Board has a vital leadership role in making strategic decisions about the immediate and longer-range direction of our affiliate, as well as identifying and obtaining essential financial support.

Wilton White, Immediate Past President, Vice President of Real Estate Wilton L. White graduated with high distinction from the University of Virginia in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1988. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988, Mr. White practices in the areas of real estate and general business law. Mr. White lectures on real estate related topics. Besides serving on the Board President for Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, Mr. White’s community activities include serving as a board member for SunFest of Palm Beach County, and the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. |

Christopher Heggen, Vice President of Retail Operations Chris Heggen earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. For eight years he has worked as a transportation engineer with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in West Palm Beach and is currently an associate with the firm. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida and primarily works on the land use entitlements for private land development clients throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He has been active with Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County since 2001 and is currently serving as the vice president of retail operations for the affiliate. |

Derek Cooper, Co Vice President of Legal Affairs Derek Cooper is the Senior Counsel and Director of Government Relations for Office Depot. Derek is a graduate of Florida State University and University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association; The Florida Bar; The District of Columbia Bar; Inns of Court. |

John Strickroot, Co Vice President of Legal Affairs John Strickroot is a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s West Palm Beach office, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. He represents clients in the areas of loan transactions and financing, acquisition and disposition of real estate and business interests, and real estate development. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Strickroot has handled a wide range of real estate transactional and litigation matters. This includes negotiating and successfully closing on the acquisition and disposition of complex real estate transactions of all sizes for both buyers and sellers. His experience includes documenting and closing on both large and small loan transactions for lenders and borrowers, and handling over one hundred foreclosure and collection related litigation matters. |

Nigel Fullick, Assistant Secretary Originally from London, England, Nigel grew up in Michigan but has called South Florida his home since 1975. His experience, leadership, and dedication have earned him numerous awards in the mortgage banking industry. Nigel Fullick is a proud U.S. Army veteran (1972-75) and an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University (1979). An avid snow skier growing up, he raced World Cup for four years. Nigel was an original member of the U.S. Speed Skiing Team (1986-88) and of the U.S. Ski Association Olympic Committee for Speed Skiing. After retiring from ski racing, Nigel spent seven years as President, and then COO, for two national ski companies. Active in the community, Nigel serves on the Board of several nonprofit organizations. |

Thomas Walker, Treasurer Thomas Barclay Walker is a Partner of Tatum, LLC, admitted as an equity partner in 1998. The Partnership is a unique national organization which provides executive level Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services to companies undergoing rapid and significant change, executive services which they generally could otherwise not have access to or afford. He has over 30 years of senior executive management experience in the financial services industry with large, multinational corporations, public and private, as well as entrepreneurial enterprises. He has managed start-up companies, turnaround situations, as well as large corporations with multiple locations, domestically and internationally. He is an NASD Licensed General Securities Principal. He has served as Adjunct Professor of Economics at various Colleges and Universities. |

Brad Jankowski Brad Jankowski is an Associate and Fiduciary Officer with the JPMorgan Private Bank in Palm Beach, Florida. He joined JPMorgan in Palm Beach in January 2007. Currently, Brad works directly with Private Bank clients throughout the Florida region regarding estate and trust administration matters. Brad graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in January 2006 where he earned his J.D., and is a member of the Bar of the State of Florida. He also graduated from Tulane University in May 2000 where he majored in Accounting and Information Systems. Brad is an avid tennis player and enjoys participating in community service endeavors. |
| Stephen K. Lawrence Stephen K. Lawrence is an investment advisor in Palm Beach, Florida serving high net worth individuals and institutional clients in the management of their investment securities portfolios. Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1973, and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University in 1979. Besides serving on the Board of Directors of HFHPBC, Steve is a member of BENS, or Business Executives for National Security, and he is Board Chairman of the Florida chapter of Operation Homefront. Both are non-profit organizations which support the United States Military. |

Howarth Lewis The Reverend Canon Howarth "Hap" Lewis is the Deacon in Charge at St. George’s Episcopal Church, & the CEO of St. George Community Center Inc. in Riviera Beach, Florida. Hap is also the Principal at the architecture firm of Lewis & Associates. His Architect record of over twelve hundred projects, totaling almost two billion dollars of value, ranges from single family residences, commercial projects, health care, institutional and correctional projects. Notable projects include: Columbia JFK Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital, and Good Samaritan Hospital. |

Jennifer L. Morton Jennifer Morton is a ASLA, Principal-in-charge at Land Design South in West Palm Beach. She is responsible for site planning, master planning, and preparation and coordination of government submittals. She coordinates the approval process for developments of regional impact, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Concurrency, Rezoning, Conditional Uses, and final site plan approvals. As Director of Land Planning Jennifer directs staff in the design and development of all master plans, site plans and submittals to various municipalities in Florida. In addition to working for the largest builders and developers in south Florida, Jennifer also has worked with The Florida Department of Transportation as an eminent domain consultant. |

Bradley Neider Bradley E. Neider, founder of Von Consulting Group, has more than 20 years of progressive senior level business experience with businesses of all sizes. Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. His career has been a progression of diversified leadership roles including senior business experience in major corporations, such as Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and Texas Instruments, as well as small or start-up companies like ParkerVision, Inc. and Kitson & Partners LLC. Bradley has experience in all aspects of business operations, including operations management, business process management, finance and accounting, strategic planning, quality control, human resources management as well as a natural drive to find new and improved methods of doing things. |

Jack Norris Jack Norris is an Emmy award winning television producer with over 18 years of experience in the field of video production. He is employed as a Video Production Manager at Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. He has worked there for over 12 years and was named "Employee of the Year" in 2007. He and his staff produce award winning distance learning programming for emergency responders and community education programming that air on Palm Beach County's Governmental Channel 20. He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity locally for several years and has also participated in Habitat's Global Village Program by traveling to foreign countries to build affordable housing. He considers performing manual labor on the houses to be the most gratifying part of his volunteer work with Habitat. |

Richard Rendina Richard M. Rendina is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rendina Companies. Mr. Rendina assumed this position under a succession plan put in place by his father, Bruce Rendina. Through this plan, Mr. Rendina has gained invaluable knowledge and experience working in positions of increasing responsibility. By growing up in the business through his previous internships at Rendina Companies, Mr. Rendina acquired significant medical real estate leasing, development and property management experience. Mr. Rendina also brings years of experience as an Analyst for Lehman Brother’s Banking Development Group, which sources all private equity and investment banking opportunities that come in through Lehman’s Private Client Division. His responsibilities included researching new business development, managing the banking referral database and analyzing more than 1,000 business plans a year. Mr. Rendina graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Management and Entrepreneurship. |

Lisa Silva A South Florida native, Lisa is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (Trial Practice) with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Along with her extensive experience in all types of real estate litigation, Lisa specializes in courtroom technology and presentation. She is a Member of The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Lisa has held a Florida Real Estate License since 1990. She has served on the Property Committee since 2007 and is currently serving as Chair of the Western Communities Committee focused on providing housing to the Glades communities. She also currently serves on the Family Selection Committee. |

Melissa Tyner A native of West Palm Beach, Melissa began her banking career with Fidelity Federal in 1978. Currently Senior Vice President, Business Banking Treasury Management Officer with PNC. For more than thirty years she has been helping local businesses operate more efficiently by improving their use of technology to manage cash flow. She is a member of the Finance Committee at St. Ann Church and a devoted volunteer at Cardinal Newman High School. |

Founder & Board Member Emeritus James "J.B." Bramuchi is the founder of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, Inc. He served in WWll and in the Korean War, and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in civil engineering. Prior to starting the affiliate in 1986, JB was a self employed General Contractor in Palm Beach County. Retired now, J.B. spends his free time serving on the Board of Directors and leading volunteers onsite. When not motivating volunteers, JB can be found traveling the country with his wonderful wife, visiting his 7 children and many grandchildren. |
