Habitat for Humanity Palm Beach County, Inc. has a highly engaged Board of Directors with diverse backgrounds and expertise. The Board has a vital leadership role in making strategic decisions about the immediate and longer-range direction of our affiliate, as well as identifying and obtaining essential financial support.

Brad Jankowski, President Brad Jankowski is currently a Banker with JPMorgan Private Bank of Palm Beach, Florida. He joined JPMorgan in January of 2007 as an Associate and Fiduciary Officer. Brad evaluates the resources available throughout the firm to determine which are best suited for each client’s current and future financial needs. Brad graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in January of 2006 where he earned his J.D., and is a member of the Bar of the State of Florida. He also graduated from Tulane University in May of 2000 where he majored in Accounting and Information Systems. Additionally, Brad serves on the Town of Palm Beach United Way Allocation Committee, and the Young Friends of the Kravis Center Executive Committee. He is an avid tennis player, enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family. |

Christopher Heggen, Vice President of Retail Operations Chris Heggen earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. For eight years he has worked as a transportation engineer with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in West Palm Beach and is currently an associate with the firm. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and primarily works on the land use entitlements for private land development clients throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. He has been active with Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County since 2001 and is currently serving as the Vice President of retail operations for the affiliate. |

Jennifer L. Morton, Vice President of Real Estate Jennifer Morton is an ASLA, Principal-in-Charge at Land Design South in West Palm Beach. She is responsible for site planning, master planning, and preparation and coordination of government submittals. She coordinates the approval process for developments of regional impact, comprehensive plan amendments, concurrency, rezoning, conditional uses, and final site plan approvals. As Director of Land Planning, Ms. Morton directs staff in the design and development of all master plans, site plans and submittals to various municipalities in Florida. In addition to working for the largest builders and developers in South Florida, she also has worked with The Florida Department of Transportation as an eminent domain consultant. |

Michael Sabatello, Immediate Past President, Secretary Michael Sabatello is General Counsel at Rendina Companies and has extensive experience in commercial real estate development and most recently was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, the seventh largest international law firm. Mr. Sabatello worked at Greenberg Traurig's West Palm Beach office for approximately nine years representing developers, owners and investors in the acquisition, development and financing operation and dispositions of real estate projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Prior to that, Mr. Sabatello served as an Associate Attorney in the real estate department for Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Breton, White and Krasker, PA. Mr. Sabatello holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Farleigh Dickinson University, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Rutgers School of Law. Mr. Sabatello served as President of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County from 2006 - 2008. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the New Jersey Bar, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). |

David Bollis David Bollis is a Director at WTAS and has over 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive tax, financial, estate, and investment counseling services to high net worth individuals, businesses, athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurial families. He has worked with a broad base of companies in various industries, including agriculture, construction, financial services, real estate, and retailers. His strategic areas of experience include income tax, wealth accumulation and transfer planning, charitable planning, as well as investment and insurance planning. David serves on the Investment and Newsletter Committees for WTAS, the Supplement Review Committee for the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, and as the Treasurer & Director of Allied Professionals for the Gold Coast Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors, Planned Giving Advisory Council, and as the Development Committee Chair for Habitat for Humanity Palm Beach County. |

Laura Clark Laura Clark graduated from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in 2005, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. A life-long resident of Palm Beach County, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds the designation of Certified Specialist in Estate Planning. Laura is employed as a tax supervisor for Caler, Donten, Levine, Cohen, Porter & Veil, P.A. (CDL) in downtown West Palm Beach, where she provides tax compliance and planning services to closely-held businesses, pass-through entities, and high net worth individuals. Laura is chair of the CDL Recruiting Committee and also serves on the CDL Marketing Committee. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Florida Institute of CPAs. She actively participates in numerous community service endeavors, including serving on the Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee.

Nigel Fullick Originally from London, England, Mr. Fullick grew up in Michigan but has called South Florida his home since 1975. His experience, leadership, and dedication have earned him numerous awards in the mortgage banking industry. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran (1972-75) and an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University (1979). An avid snow skier growing up, he raced World Cup for four years. Mr. Fullick was an original member of the U.S. Speed Skiing Team (1986-88) and of the U.S. Ski Association Olympic Committee for Speed Skiing. After retiring from ski racing, he spent seven years as President, and then COO, for two national ski companies. Active in the community, he serves on the Board of several nonprofit organizations. |

Stephen K. Lawrence Stephen K. Lawrence is an investment advisor in Palm Beach, Florida serving high net worth individuals and institutional clients in the management of their investment securities portfolios. Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1973, and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University in 1979. Besides serving on the Board of Directors of HFHPBC, Steve is a member of BENS, or Business Executives for National Security, and he is Board Chairman of the Florida chapter of Operation Homefront. Both are non-profit organizations which support the United States Military. |

Bradley Neider Bradley E. Neider, founder of Von Consulting Group, has more than 20 years of progressive senior level business experience with businesses of all sizes. Mr. Neider earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. His career has been a progression of diversified leadership roles including senior business experience in major corporations, such as Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and Texas Instruments, as well as small or start-up companies like ParkerVision, Inc. and Kitson & Partners LLC. Mr. Neider has experience in all aspects of business operations, including operations management, business process management, finance and accounting, strategic planning, quality control, human resources management as well as a natural drive to find new and improved methods of doing things. |

Richard Rendina Richard M. Rendina is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rendina Companies. Mr. Rendina assumed this position under a succession plan put in place by his father, Bruce Rendina. Through this plan, Mr. Rendina has gained invaluable knowledge and experience working in positions of increasing responsibility. By growing up in the business through his previous internships at Rendina Companies, Mr. Rendina acquired significant medical real estate leasing, development and property management experience. Mr. Rendina also brings years of experience as an Analyst for Lehman Brother’s Banking Development Group, which sources all private equity and investment banking opportunities that come in through Lehman’s Private Client Division. His responsibilities included researching new business development, managing the banking referral database and analyzing more than 1,000 business plans a year. Mr. Rendina graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Management and Entrepreneurship. |

Michael Roscoe Michael Roscoe has served on the Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County Board of Directors since 2010. Michael is a Vice President and Private Wealth Consultant for Finemark National Bank and Trust located in Palm Beach, FL. He has been serving high net worth clientele in the Palm Beach market for six years. He has worked for the past two years to develop Habitat's annual golf tournament into a premier event and is co-chair of the 2012 event |

Lisa Silva A South Florida native, Lisa is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (Trial Practice) with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Along with her extensive experience in all types of real estate litigation, she specializes in courtroom technology and presentation. She is a Member of The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Ms. Silva has held a Florida Real Estate License since 1990. She has served on the Property Committee since 2007 and is currently serving as Chair of the Western Communities Committee focused on providing housing to the Glades communities. She also currently serves on the Family Selection Committee. |

Melissa Tyner A native of West Palm Beach, Ms. Tyner began her banking career with Fidelity Federal in 1978. She is currently the Senior Vice President, Business Banking Treasury Management Officer with PNC. For more than thirty years she has been helping local businesses operate more efficiently by improving their use of technology to manage cash flow. She is a member of the Finance Committee at St. Ann Church and a devoted volunteer at Cardinal Newman High School. |

Founder & Board Member Emeritus James "J.B." Bramuchi is the founder of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, Inc. He served in WWll and in the Korean War, and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in civil engineering. Prior to starting the affiliate in 1986, JB was a self employed General Contractor in Palm Beach County. Retired now, J.B. spends his free time serving on the Board of Directors and leading volunteers onsite. When not motivating volunteers, JB can be found traveling the country with his wonderful wife, visiting his 7 children and many grandchildren. |
